Information we collect
Through our contact form and by email, we collect your name, company, email address, the content of your inquiry and any other information you provide. When you trade with us, we may also receive your shipping address, phone number and the information needed for payment.
How we use it
To answer inquiries, send quotes and proposals, confirm orders, ship goods, confirm payment, contact you about trade, and keep the records required by the Japanese Secondhand Articles Dealer Act and other laws. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Service providers and processing outside Japan
We use Resend, Inc. (United States) to send email, Google LLC (United States) to receive and store email, and Vercel Inc. (United States) to run this website, and may entrust them with handling personal information. The United States has no comprehensive privacy law equivalent to Japan’s, but each provider maintains appropriate security measures under its agreement with us and its own privacy policy. To ship goods, we give your name, address and phone number to the carrier.

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. It loads Google Fonts to display text, which sends your IP address and similar data to Google.
